Real estate
AI automation for real-estate firms
Real estate is won on speed to lead and lost in paperwork. An inquiry arrives from a portal or an ad form, sits in somebody’s inbox, and gets re-typed into the CRM hours later, if at all. Meanwhile the deal file grows into a folder of PDFs nobody indexed. Both are routing problems, and routing is exactly what software does well.
Where the money leaks
Leads die in inboxes
Portal inquiries and ad-form submissions land in email and wait for a human to notice them. Response time decides who wins the client, and inboxes don’t measure response time.
Manual CRM entry
Every lead typed in by hand costs minutes and skips fields. A half-filled CRM produces follow-up lists nobody trusts, so agents fall back on memory instead.
Deal documents in chaos
LOIs, leases, financials, and correspondence scatter across email threads and shared drives. Finding the current version of anything becomes an archaeology project.
What I build for real estate
Lead-routing pipelines
Ad lead forms and web inquiries captured the moment they arrive, normalized, checked against existing contacts, and inserted into your CRM with the source recorded. No inbox in the critical path.
CRM integration and reconciliation
Syncs and reconciliation jobs between your CRM and the rest of your stack, so records match on both sides and nothing depends on someone remembering to copy-paste.
Document pipelines
Scanned and emailed documents parsed into structured records with machine-vision OCR and automatic checks. This pattern runs in production today for supplier invoices in another industry; deal paperwork is the same problem in a different folder.
Proof, not promises
The real-estate work is real and deliberately modest in scope: I scoped and shipped lead routing for a US commercial real-estate brokerage, delivering ad lead forms into the broker’s CRM instead of an inbox. For what the same engineering looks like at full platform scale, read the flagship case study.

Our leads come from portals that only send email. Can you work with that?
Yes. Email parsing is a production pattern for me: one client system reads incoming work orders from email and converts them into a strict machine format automatically. A portal notification email is an easier version of the same problem.
We’re a small brokerage. Is custom automation overkill?
That’s what the ladder is for. It starts with a free teardown, and a first build is a fixed-scope sprint aimed at one painful process, most often lead routing. If the honest answer is that an off-the-shelf tool covers you, the teardown will say so.
