What does the teardown cost?
Nothing, and there is nothing to trade for it. I call you once, ask two questions, and send the analysis. You keep it either way.
Who actually does the work?
I do, from the first call to running it in production. No account managers, no handoffs, no junior developers.
What happens if you disappear?
You lose a contractor, not your system. Code, database and cloud accounts live in your accounts from day one, documented, standard stack. Any competent engineer can pick it up.
Why custom code instead of no-code?
For simple glue between two tools, no-code is fine, and the teardown will say so if that is your case. I built a lot of n8n before moving everything to custom code, and I moved because rented logic cannot be inspected, tested or owned.
How fast is this?
The teardown in 72 hours. A first scope is typically live in 2 to 4 weeks. One real example: a module requested on a client call was in production the next day with 54 of 54 tests green.
